FAN EXPO COMMUNITY PARTNER APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in joining as a Community Partner. This form acts as both your application and participation agreement. Please take a moment to fill it out carefully with accurate information.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to the Community Partnership Terms and Conditions linked below. Your submission will serve as your signed agreement to participate.

Things to know before you apply:

  • Applications are open until approximately 60 days before the show.
  • Applying does not guarantee space until confirmation is issued. 
  • Booths must be appropriate for fans of all ages. Any booth activities are subject to management approval. 
  • Participants must be available for load-in all days of the convention (from open to close) and load-out.
  • Power may be requested but is not guaranteed in community spaces. (Paid Power is available)
  • Space is limited. Applicants who engage with other programmatic features or offer unique engagement opportunities are prioritized. Community members are encouraged to host a panel(s)
