Shine on Stage at FAN EXPO Boston’s Idolfest!

Are you ready to take the stage and bring your idol performance to life? FAN EXPO Boston's Idolfest is a high-energy celebration of pop idol culture, featuring talented performers who sing, dance, and captivate audiences just like their favorite J-Pop and Kaigai Idol! Whether you’re a solo performer or part of a group, this is your chance to showcase your skills and connect with fans.

Please note: Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Selected individuals/groups will be notified by show staff and will receive one (1) programming badge per performer but are responsible for all travel-related costs.

IdolFest Participation Includes:

Being a part of Idolfest is free and normally includes a complimentary pass (or passes) to the convention. Accepted participants must commit to the following:

  • Sound Check – Arrive at the designated time for setup and rehearsal.

  • Performance – Prepare an 8 to 10-minute set to wow the audience.

  • Meet & Greet – Engage with fans in a designated space after your performance.

Important Notes:

  • Performers must be available to set up, perform, and participate in the Meet & Greet at the times determined by show management.

  • All participants must abide by event and convention center requirements.
